Welcome to Clarion Stream (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! As you have just clicked our Terms of Service, please pause, grab a cup of coffee and carefully read the following pages. It will take you approximately 20 minutes. This, as well as the privacy policy and the affiliate network policy are legal documents so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make them as readable as possible.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web pages located at https://clariontteam.com and our mobile application Selar (together or individual “Service”) operated by Clarion Stream.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Please read it here https://clariontteam.com/privacy.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these terms, then you may not use the service, however, please feel free to reach out to us via email (help@clariontteam.com) if you have any reservations or concerns. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our Service.
Thank you for being responsible.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by reaching out via email.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your sale at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order upon suspicion of a fraudulent, an unauthorized or otherwise illegal transaction.
We are currently unable to reverse processing fees and purchase of products are final.
All contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.
Our referrals and Affiliate programme are currently closed. We would inform you if we begin the programs again.
Users are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct guiding our community:
Upon violation of our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to delete a user's account and Content from the Selar Platform. Whether conduct violates our Code of Conduct will be determined in Selar’s sole discretion.
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You shall be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Clarion Stream cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Clarion Stream customer support team.
A valid payment method, including debit card, credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Clarion Stream with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Clarion Stream to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Upon failure of automatic billing, Clarion Stream will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
In the event that you discontinue your paid subscription, you will no longer have access to all the paid features on the Service, consequently, your customers will lose access to features that are exclusive to paying members only/subscription-based products.
We may need you to verify your identity to access our services. We would request your banking details, a Valid ID and/or proof of address. You consent to us sharing these details with secure verifying agencies and databases. You also permit us to submit these details to regulatory government agencies where required.
Clarion Stream, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change shall become effective at the end of the subsisting Billing Cycle. Clarion Stream shall provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect shall constitute an implied agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
For currency conversion and payouts to merchants/service providers, we are not obliged to pay merchants above the CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) rate, however, to ensure a more favorable business relationship for both parties, we are committed to working with the available competitive rate(s) at the time payment is made by the purchaser. This may however defer slightly occasionally.
Please note that payment gateways may be changed from time to time at our discretion.
In the occurrence of a chargeback, you shall be liable to an additional $15 (or the local currency equivalent) charge.
There shall be no refunds for subscriptions after payment has been made. Please note that we would inform you before your subscription expires. Please take action to cancel if you do not intend to renew your subscription.
