At Clarion Stream, we’re committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the details below to understand when and how refunds may apply.
1. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a product is delivered or downloaded, unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review product descriptions and system requirements carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., a file is corrupted or inaccessible), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at support@clarionstteam.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or, if necessary, provide a refund at our discretion.
2. Subscriptions and Memberships
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- If you’re on a monthly billing cycle and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we’ll gladly issue a full refund for that billing period.
- Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are not available unless there’s a service failure on our end, such as prolonged downtime or inability to access the service.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days, minus any discounts applied.
3. Services
- Before work begins: Full refund available if requested within 3 business days of payment.
- After work starts: Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed, at our discretion. Please reach out to discuss specifics.
- Once a service is fully delivered: Refunds are not available unless the service fails to meet agreed-upon specifications.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@clarionstteam.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation
- Any relevant details (e.g., screenshots for technical issues)
We aim to respond within 2-3 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after the refund period has passed
- Failure to meet system requirements you didn’t verify before purchase
- Unauthorized purchases (please secure your account and contact us immediately if this occurs)
- Promotions or discounted items, unless defective
